Sr Sales Executives

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our company. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the jewellery industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommend suitable jewellery products.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Provide after-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and handling of customer feedback.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
    • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior sales team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design trends.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and sales-related tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
