We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our company. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the jewellery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide after-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and handling of customer feedback.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design trends.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and sales-related tools.
