Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain organizational structure and service rules, job descriptions, designations, competencies, grades etc.
- Recruit employees as planned.
- Manage ministry approvals, documentation, visa approvals, transportations etc.
- Maintain employee personal files and provide induction training to new recruits.
- Maintain attendance and movement registers.
- Manage accommodation facility of employees.
- Manage staff uniform.
- Manage performance evaluation process.
- Manage promotion and succession process.
- Calculate and pay salaries, incentives and required deductions with approvals.
- Manage compensation, reward and recognition process.
- Manage employee exit/retirement process.
- Manage office workplace upkeep, cleanliness and improvements.
- Manage employee cultural/recreational activities like get together, festival parties etc
- Manage office equipments.
- Manage insurance policies.
- Manage statutory compliance.
- Manage inventory of stationery, consumables and miscellaneous items.
- Manage department meeting process.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be post graduate in HRM with UAE Labor law exposure and experience
