Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Sales Support:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and product information.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery items, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of the products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and building rapport.
- Sales Administration:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, sales documentation, and database management.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and purchase history.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, tagging merchandise, and coordinating with the operations team.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in sales activities, promotions, and events to generate leads and drive sales.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell jewellery products to maximize sales revenue.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the jewellery products, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales opportunities with the team.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
