Jr Sales executives

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our company. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team, engaging with customers, and supporting sales initiatives. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the jewellery industry while developing valuable sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement and Sales Support:
    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and product information.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
    • Assist customers in selecting jewellery items, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of the products.
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and building rapport.
  2. Sales Administration:
    • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, sales documentation, and database management.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and purchase history.
    • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, tagging merchandise, and coordinating with the operations team.
  3. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Participate in sales activities, promotions, and events to generate leads and drive sales.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell jewellery products to maximize sales revenue.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the jewellery products, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
    • Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales opportunities with the team.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Enthusiasm for jewellery products and a desire to learn about the industry.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
