Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR-related projects, including policy development and implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct data entry and prepare reports related to HR metrics.
- Assist with the administration of employee leave programs.
- Assist with compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an HR role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
